Diploma: Holder of a Master in finance obtained at the Catholic University of Lille (France), and of a DTS (Diploma of Higher Technician) option bank management delivered by the National Institute of Economy (Benin), this illustrious person deepened his training via various other channels, thus leading to: obtaining a certificate of authorization for the management of savings and credit cooperatives from PAMEF on the one hand, and obtaining a manager’s approval CEMAC financial institution on the other hand.
In addition trainer of the CFPB (Training Center of the Banking Profession), the latter totals more than twenty (20) years of professional activity to his credit, including three (03) in the commercial banking sector and seventeen (17) in the microfinance sector and in UEMOA and CEMAC zones.
Former Deputy Managing Director of EXCILLIS FINANCES (GABON), he held the position of Marketing and Operations Director within ALIDé Microfinance (BENIN); worked for LOXIA emf / group BGFI Bank (GABON) (as Director of Operations and Head of Commercial Department Estuary Area among others); joined forces with Continental Bank Béni / UBA Group (as head of the guarantees and credit implementation division, and Credit Risk Officer); and will mobilize in short within the PADME Benin structure as internal auditor.
This atypical career path led him to climb to the helm of Pan-African Savings & Loans Cameroon Microfinance, a subsidiary of the “Pan-African Savings & Loans” Group, as Managing Director.
Character very open to dialogue and customer oriented.
Diploma: A Certified Expert in Microfinance from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Development (Germany), a Holder of a Post Graduate Diploma (DESS) and Master’s Degree in Business Law obtained from the University of Douala.
With more than 10 years’ experience in the microfinance sector, Fabrice brought to the table his mastery of Legal advice to the ‘Agence de Crédit pour l’Entreprise Privé’ (ACEP SA) before joining Pan African Savings and Loans SA in October 2011.
Here, he takes up the very challenging position of Deputy General Manager in charge of Legal and Administrative Affairs after successfully holding the posts of Legal Officer and subsequently , Head of Legal and Administrative Affairs until March 2016.
Endowed with an unequalled sense of work and responsibility, his dynamism and strong sense of purpose make him a very special character.
Diploma: Holds a Masters and a Professional license in Accounting and Finance from the University of Douala. The latter also has a national accounting diploma sponsored by ONECCA and the Ministry of Higher Education (Cameroon).
With almost 09 years of accumulated experience in banking and microfinance, Yannick now shares and brings his expertise in finance to Panafrican Savings and Loans. His expertise and his love for finance led him in turn to ADVANS Cameroon, Ecobank Cameroon, before he joined Panafrican Savings and Loans Cameroon in 2019, where he currently holds the position of Chief Finance Officer .
Yannick is a committed, and experienced person.
Diploma: Holder of a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in banking and finance and a master's degree in accounting from the University of Douala.
Jean-Chrysostome has more than 11 years of experience in the financial sector, marked by his stay in several financial intuitions before his arrival at PASL as loan officer, then credit supervisor, then branch manager, head of operations and head internal control.
He is full of dynamism and versatility, which has served him well and enabled him to acquire in-depth knowledge and mastery of the institution's processes.
Calm and measured personality, tireless worker, he has an overflowing flair which comes naturally to him and facilitates his capacities in the field of control.
Joel joined Pan-African Savings and Loans in 2022 and has more than 15 years of experience in the field of commitments and collection.
In charge of the formalization of deeds at ACEP Cameroon Douala at the beginning of his career, he last held the position of Lawyer in charge of litigation at the Regional Management ACEP Douala in 2021.
Joel also holds a Branch Manager and Credit Officer Diploma from the CFPB, and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from EDUCATEL France.
Diploma: Holder of a Master’s degree in Strategic Information and Technological Watch from the University of Angers and a Bachelor of Software Engineering degree from the IUT in Douala.
Vuaille has 10 years of experience in the fields of IT project management, database administration and solution integration.
Diploma: Holder a Master’s Degree in Financial and Accounting Audit from the Higher Institute of Economics, ENSET Douala and a Degree in Financial Accounting at the IUT – Douala.
With a solid 11 years of experience in Auditing to his credit, Jules Karin braved with pride the post of Accounting Auditor at Bekolo & Partners, then Head of Internal Audit at Pro PME and then went back again to Bekolo & Partners where he held the post of Assistant Manager.
After which he will join Panafrican Savings and Loans as Internal Auditor.
Karin is a humble person, honest and dedicated to the task, simply put, he is passionate about Auditing.
Armand holds a DESS in Human Resources Management, and has more than 10 years of experience to date.
He began his professional career in several structures of the place, with a notorious passage to ECOBANK CAMEROON where he worked for more than 04 years. He joined the PASL team in 2017 as Human Resources Manager, and his self-sacrifice at work propelled him to the head of the Human Resources and General Resources department.
Armand is a resource professional and remains very dedicated to his tasks.
Nadine holds an MBA in Finance from the American University in Central Africa (AUCA), and a Higher Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (BACC + 3) from Cambridge International College. She has more than 15 years of experience after having worked for BICEC, AFRILAND FIRST BANK, SAAR ASSURANCE and finally Pan-African Savings & Loans, which she joined in 2010 as a Detail Sales Agent, and then as a Customer Service Agent and Back Office Supervisor.
She was promoted to Internal Controller in 2014, then Compliance Officer in 2018, Senior Internal Controller in 2020 and since 2021, she holds the position of Head of Internal Control and Compliance.
Nadine is very dedicated to her work.
Zachee holds an MBA in Finance and a Certificate of Expertise in Microfinance from the FRANKFURT SCHOOL OF FINANCE AND DEVELOPMENT (Germany); Zachee has 7 years of experience and joined the Pan-African Savings & Loans team as Loan Officer.
Having served alternately as Loan Officer and Auditor, Zacchee was promoted to Risk Analyst Assistant in 2021 and HEAD OF RISK ANALYST in 2021. He remains committed to his work and values.
Holder of a Higher Technician Certificate in Commercial Action and a Bachelor's degree in Management Sciences, Cédric began his career in 2016 at EXPRESS UNION FINANCE SA within the Strategy & Programs Department, then within the Sales & Marketing as Head of Merchant Services.
He joined the Pan-African Savings & Loans team in 2019 as Marketing & Community Manager and remains in charge of this position to this day.
A hard worker, Cédric has a strong creative spirit and his sense of responsibility remains an asset for the institution.
Cédric is also certified in Digital Marketing.
